The European market is central to the Bulgarian producers, it is highly competitive. But for us, relations with non-EU countries are also very important, and native farmers and processors need to be able to come out in good markets like Morocco and North Africa. Last year it was attended by representatives of 70 countries, including 23 African countries and visited by over 1 million people. Minister Porozhanov reminded that during the European Presidency and now, Bulgaria's priority is to strengthen international contacts. ''Big investments in one country or another are a complicated process, but when there is mutual interest it is absolutely realistic to happen'', Minister Porozhanov concluded.
