KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 10): The proposed RM8.7 billion Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) here has secured Japan-based Zepp Hall Network Inc as a tenant within the BBCC's entertainment hub. Zepp plans to run a concert hall within the BBCC. UDA, Eco World and the EPF have formed JV entity, BBCC Development Sdn Bhd, for the project. In a statement today, BBCC Development chief executive officer Datuk Richard Ong said the company signed an agreement to lease with Zepp, for the latter to operate a Zepp-branded concert hall within BBCC.
