The Egyptian Civil Defense Forces in Cairo on Saturday extracted the bodies of four people from under the rubble of a seven-story building that collapsed in the Rod al-Farag area. The bodies of the four victims and seven injured survivors were transferred to Nasser Institute Hospital. Repairs and renovations that were being carried out in one of the apartments in the building reportedly led to its complete collapse. The collapse of the building resulted in the partial collapse of the building opposite it, causing the Civil Defense Forces evacuate its residents for their safety. Civil Defense Forces are still searching for bodies under the rubble.
