The new office will be based at Alderman Fenwick’s House in Newcastle and headed up by director Paul Chapman as well as account director Bradley Galloway. Chapman will report to Neil Thornton, managing director of retail for Brown and Brown. “For a major city, Newcastle is underserved by broking and we want to put that right,” he said.
