MANILA, Philippines — Radio personality Carl Balita on Thursday filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for senator. Balita, who espouses entrepreneurship in his radio program, lodged his COC at the Harbor Garden Tent of Sofitel Hotel in Pasay City.
