Craig Fletcher had booked his trip to the Spanish island through loveholidays and was hoping to enjoy a week of luxury. Worse still, when Craig made it to the Hotel Blue Sea in the Puerto Resort he found it shut. A loveholidays spokesperson said: "We wholeheartedly apologise to Mr Fletcher for the inconvenience and distress this has caused. "We can confirm that Mr Fletcher will be compensated for the inconvenience."
