Previous NextHong Kong's popular flower show, a drawcard for many families and photographers, will go online next year and feature the rhododendron, a bushy plant with bright blooms, as the theme flower. Rhododendron are fragrant, prefer the shade, and have a range of hues, from crisp white to wine red. The show, "City of Flowers, City of Love" was to be held from March 12 to 21 at Victoria Park, will be presented as garden plots at parks across 18 districts and presented online. The Hong Kong Science Museum will present a special exhibition, "Exploring Flowers with Five Senses,'' to let visitors explore the wonderful flower world with five senses. In addition, book displays on flowers and plants will also be set up in the Hong Kong Central Library and City Hall Public Library.
