Brexit: Britons sign petition for rerun, EU leaders eager to move on

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, hosting his counterparts from the five other original EU states, said they agreed that London must begin the exit process immediately. Scotland miffedMeanwhile, first Minister Nicola Sturgeon held a cabinet meeting to discuss the Scottish government's response to Britain's vote to leave the EU. Koenders called for "good faith" talks with London to begin right away: "We have to move on... we need to turn the page."
