IF WE understood right, Bela Padilla’s online fund drive intended to help Metro Manila-based informal workers affected by the enhanced community quarantine was just the first wave of her efforts. Informal workers include street vendors who have no means to make a living for the duration of the quarantine. By Day 2 of her fund drive Bela already reached her goal, with an excess of P300,000.
