Mohamad Hakim Zulkifle was diagnosed with Adenovirus Brocholitis Obliterans in May 2013 when he was five months old. He was then admitted to the paediatric intensive care unit at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz Pusat Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HCTM-PPUKM) until he was a year old for doctors to monitor his condition. “Two months ago, he fell seriously ill and was kept in the intensive care unit for almost ten days. “Not only does Hakim require medical attention whenever he is exposed to viruses, he also relies heavily on three breathing supports tools. He added that his job as a night trader market is not enough to pay off the medical bills.
