The schoolboy had been playing in a game at Ashton on Mersey School for Sale High School on Tuesday evening when he collapsed. Ashton on Mersey School shared their ‘deep sadness’ at the news of the boy’s death. ‘During a Year 11 football match a pupil from Sale High School collapsed. Sale High School are yet to comment on their pupil’s death.
