In overseas debuts that aren't in China, Fox released Alita: Battle Angel into 11 international markets ahead of its big worldwide launch this week. Nonetheless, it nabbed $32m overseas this weekend, including a promising $10.9m in Korea. In domestic box office newbie news that isn't about The LEGO Movie 2, Taraji P. Henson scored a moderate hit with What Men Want. Paramount/Viacom (through their Paramount Players brand) released this $20 million comedy 2,912 theaters and earned $19m for their troubles. Its $10.6 million weekend is about what was expected.
