Walt Disney's Beauty and the Beast scored $88.3 million on its second weekend of domestic release, bringing its 10-day total to $317m thus far. That's the fourth-biggest second weekend of all time, behind The Avengers ($103m), Jurassic World ($106m) and Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($149m). Amusingly enough, Beauty and the Beast's $88m second weekend is actually under the $90.2m third weekend of The Force Awakens, but I'm sure the Mouse House is all busted up about that. That's not quite Jurassic World snagging $106m while Inside Out earns $90m, but it's impressive nonetheless. Of note, this is Disney's fourth straight movie to top $600 million worldwide after Doctor Strange, Moana and Rogue One.
