Valley beat Waitaki Boys' High School by 103 runs at Milner Park on an outfield which was a little sluggish early on. Lachie Kingan dominated against the Waitaki Boys' attack, finishing with 72. Bowling for Waitaki Boys', Liam Mavor took three for 34 and Angus Philpott claimed five wickets. Bowling for Albion, Brady Kingan, Whyte and Matt Finn took two wickets each. Jackson Henshaw and Van Leeuwen took two wickets each for Glenavy.
