A woman who was accused of impersonating a doctor to access mosque attack victims is allowed to visit one survivor after a meeting with Christchurch Hospital authorities. JOHN KIRK-ANDERSON/STUFF Christchurch's Muslim community member Lyla Al-Alawi says the woman accused of impersonating a doctor is a much-needed volunteer. The woman joined the Christchurch Victims Organising Committee (CVOC) volunteers a day after the attacks. The woman then joined the Muslim Association of Canterbury's (MAC), volunteering to help victims at Christchurch and Burwood hospitals. Al-Alawi said the woman decided to study a different profession at the University of Canterbury this year.
