A man was found dead at an apartment complex in Montgomery County Saturday afternoon after a shooting was reported, and police were conducting a homicide investigation, authorities said. The man was found in the area of the 12900 block of Falling Water Circle in the Germantown area, according to Capt. He had apparently been shot, police said. No name was provided for the man, but police said he apparently lived where he was found. An investigation was under way Saturday evening.
