The bodies of two madrasah students have been recovered 15 hours after they went missing while bathing in the Bay of Bengal at a beach in Cox’s Bazar’s Teknaf Upazila. A group of 10-15 children went to the Beach Point area around noon on Sunday to play, OC Gias said, citing locals. The three children were students of Ashrafia Darul Najat Hifzkhana madrasah located in Teknaf Sadar Union’s Khunkar Para. However, the relatives continued the search on their own.”“On Monday morning, the relatives found the bodies of the two missing children floating in the ocean in the Lengurbil Lambarighat area. They recovered the bodies and informed the police.”According to OC Gias, the dead bodies of the children have been handed over to the family members.
