KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 3): Multi Sports Holding Ltd (MSports) announced on Bursa today that Boardroom.com Sdn Bhd has been appointed as Agent in Malaysia of MSports as of 3 November 2016, as per the requirements in section 333 of the Companies Act 1965. Boardroom.com provides secretarial, advisory and management services. It describes its client base as public listed companies, private companies and multi-national corporations come from great variety of industries including manufacturing, property development, professionals, engineering and construction, consumer goods, timber industry, printing and publishing and etc. The previous agent for MSports was PFA Corporate Consultants Sdn Bhd who sent in their letter of resignation on June 8, 2016.
