Lorie VanWinkle and her husband, Jeff, took ownership of the Blossom Khardt in east Beatrice at the start of the year. Lorie said she and her six part-time staff are getting ready for Valentine’s Day. Shortly after the VanWinkle’s took ownership, they rearranged the front room and moved furniture. Currently the Blossom Khardt is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Blossom Khardt Facebook page list specials and events.
