Bill Gosden: The film buff's film buffROSS GIBLIN/FAIRFAX NZ Bill Gosden, NZ film festival director, at the Embassy theatre in Wellington. At 62 Gosden is still a film buff's film buff but a cultural commissar as well. Film is a sacred mystery and nowadays Gosden can take film buffs back with him to the great movie pleasure domes of his youth. Poi E will debut as part of the NZ International Film Festival. The director of the New Zealand International Film Festival has been bringing films to fanatics for 35 years.
