Bill English has wasted no time in going on the offensive, saying the new Government is set to "fritter away" the country's good financial position. English said "governments don't collapse" but policies could easily become a "shambles" as the new executive discovered being in charge was harder-than-expected. Last week, Ardern said Labour would release an updated 100-day plan on Tuesday.
