The GDP growth had hit a three-year low of 5.7 per cent in the first quarter of 2017-18. In a tweet, the chief minister drew parallels with the GDP figure in the same quarter last year. Pointing out at the dip in the figures, Mamata said that the Modi government was only good at offering speeches.
