(CNN) President Joe Biden on Friday urged Americans to elect more members of Congress in November's midterm elections who will support legislation protecting abortion access after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and eliminated the constitutional right to an abortion. "This fall, Roe is on the ballot," Biden said, speaking from the White House. The right to privacy, liberty, equality -- they're all on the ballot. Though there is little Biden can do to fully mitigate the effects of the ruling, the President outlined several steps his administration will take to try to protect abortion access. Biden said his administration would defend the right of a woman to travel to another state to receive an abortion if the procedure is outlawed in her home state.
