Police on Oct. 13 charged James D. Willingham, 31, of 33 Pine St., Apt. 1, Laconia, with driving after revocation or suspension of his license. On Oct. 14, police charged Michael A. Vachon, 48, of 19 Poor Farm Road, Gilford, with driving while intoxicated and transporting alcoholic beverages. Police arrested Bryce Steven Eason-Fall, 22, of 390 Jamestown Road, Belmont, on a warrant from Franklin District Court. Police on Oct. 17 arrested Crystal M. Joy-Pagliarulo, 33, of 72 Peter Court, Belmont, on a warrant from Laconia District Court.
