This is the first US Trade Show in Bangladesh after Trump took charge at the White House last year with his campaign making the America great again. At a press briefing on Tuesday, US Ambassador Marcia Bernicat said this president is the “real promoter” of US businesses. “The trade show is an opportunity to see for yourself how the US business community is helping transform Bangladesh,” she said. But she said still there is a great deal of potential to increase the sales of US goods and services in Bangladesh. “We are not advocating simply for US companies and foreign companies, but for business companies at large,” Bernicat added.
