Three people including a 200 level Public Administration student of Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG) Bauchi campus, Ibrahim Mohammed Karamba have reportedly died in an accident. The Dean, Faculty of Social and Management Sciences, Dr Mahmoud Ibrahim who visited the scene after the accident disclosed that it occurred at Tirwun Kajitu village located about four kilometers from the Bauchi campus of the University. We quickly rushed to the place and evacuated them to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH), Bauchi where they were certified dead,” he said. The Dean said that a delegation from the Bauchi Campus of the University and another one from the Misau Campus led by the Dean, Faculty of Law participated in the burial rites and consoled the family of the deceased student. Bauchi State Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) spokesperson, Rilwanu Suleiman confirmed the accident to our reporter saying that, the corpses were evacuated and taken to the ATBU Teaching Hospital by their men after the accident.
