PUTRAJAYA: It is all systems go for Barisan Nasional, with its lea­ders fully psyched for the polls. MIC president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said his party was ready to hit the ground running. Gerakan president Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong said the Barisan government had continued to bring stability, prosperity and growth to the country. Sarawak United People’s Party deputy president Datuk Seri Richard Riot said he was ready, if given the mandate, to contest in the polls. “I believe they will choose Barisan, which puts the interests of the people above everything else,” she added.
