Ross Barkley was punched by a man in a bar in Liverpool city centre just hours after starring in Everton’s 4-2 Premier League win over Leicester City. It is understood that Barkley was not knocked out in what his lawyers claim was an “unprovoked attack”, and he reported to Everton’s training ground this morning for a warm-down session.
