Compulsory winding-up and bankruptcies in October fell from the four-year high in September, data from the Official Receiver's Office show. Bankruptcy receiving and bankruptcy orders made fell by 9 percent month-on-month to 711. There were 4,750 cases for the first 10 months, down by 25 percent year-on-year. Winding-up orders made fell by 52 percent from a month ago to 21. These fell by 8 percent year-on-year to 7,261 in the first 10 months.
