The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has granted the U/A certificate for the upcoming Yash Raj Films‘ project starring Riteish Deshmukh, Bank Chor. Reports, however, claimed on Tuesday that CBFC had asked the makers of Bank Chor to change the title as it sounds like a Hindi abusive word. “The makers of Bank Chor thought they were being very clever by calling their film by a title that sounds like ‘behen****’ . Meanwhile, a press statement from the producers claimed that Bank Chor has passed the censor test and bagged U/A certificate with no visual cuts at all. So Bank Chor now earns the accolade of being one of the cleanest comic thrillers ever,” Vivek Anand Oberoi added.
