As part of a range of improvements to the 220 service the frequency of the buses during peak hours will also increase from every 30 minutes to every 15 minutes. From midnight to 6am the service will operate on a 30 min/60 minute frequency. "It is great to see areas such as Ballincollig and Carrigaline becoming more connected to the city centre of Cork and vice versa."
