Never in my life have I kept a New Year’s resolution. Like countless other good intentions, my New Year’s resolutions were yesterday’s dreams by February, distant regrets by spring. .’Had I listened, 2018 might have been just another year of failed resolutions. But one step at a time, and these are now on my resolutions list to tackle in 2019. And when I look back over this year and add up the volumes of plastic that I no longer use, the figure is actually pretty impressive.
