Baker and Forsman's power evident in Taupo trialsTrish Dunell Group I winner Lizzie L'Amour impressed at Friday's Taupo trials. Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman were well-represented in two Taupo trials on Friday and dominated with their spring hopefuls. The premiership-winning Cambridge duo produced Saint Emilion and Lizzie L'Amour to win their respective 1100m heats while a number of other Group I hopefuls on display also furthered their preparations in fine style. The Zabeel mare Lizzie L'Amour returned an encouraging performance to claim the second heat under Opie Bosson in her first appearance since winning the New Zealand Stakes. The race fit Amarula was second with Miss Wilson third ahead of Sofia Rosa and the Melbourne-bound colt Summer Passage.
