KUALA LUMPUR: The Badminton World Federation (BWF) are expected to release an official statement next week, following the hearing of the two Malaysian shuttlers alleged to have been involved in match-fixing activities. According to a source, BWF have received the full report from the three-man panel who chaired the hearing, and are in the final stages of finalising their verdict. "BWF have received the full report of the hearing and are expected to make an announcement latest by next week. Last Monday and Tuesday, two independent Malaysian shuttlers were in Singapore to face a BWF independent inquiry, for allegedly manipulating match results. The source also said the decision is unlikely to favour the two players, and there's a high of chance of them challenging the verdict.
