PETALING JAYA: From badminton to the food court, national shuttler Vivian Hoo is all excited with her new double duty. “I just love Japanese food and I decided to join a few friends to open this restaurant. But her first love will always be badminton and Vivian has set her sights on qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games with her young partner Yap Cheng Wen. “I’m not getting any younger but I’m focused on qualifying for the Olympics with Cheng Wen. Vivian’s next assignment with Cheng Wen is the Australian Open in Sydney starting tomorrow and their first-round opponents are Chang Ye-na-Jung Kyung-eun of South Korea.
