Olly-James Sievwright was exposed to the class B drug mephedrone, also known as M-CAT, as well as MDMA, commonly called Ecstasy, on December 22, 2019, at his home in Sandhaven, Aberdeenshire. The tot tragically died in hospital after developing peritonitis - a life-threatening infection in the lining of the abdomen. Her sentence was later reduced to four years after judges at the Court of Criminal Appeal in Edinburgh branded it "excessive". An inquiry is now set to take place on March 5 at Peterhead Sheriff Court.
