DHAKA, May 28, 2024 (BSS) - Tabibul Islam, former chief reporter of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS), died of old-age complications at his Uttara Sector-5 residence in the city this evening. "Tabibul Islam breathed his last at 7:10pm today at his Uttara residence," senior journalist Aminul Islam Bedu told BSS. Journalist Tabibul Islam worked at the national news agency Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) for long. He was attached with Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's Press Wing from the national news agency. He will be buried at Uttara Sector-14 graveyard at 11pm tonight following a namaz-e-janaza at Uttara Sector-5 mosque.
