PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan's economic policies are unrealistic and populist, said Barisan Nasional Strategic Communications (BNSC) team. In a statement on Saturday, BNSC deputy director Datuk Eric See-To dismissed the policies as "zombienomics" and citing Opposition's recent call to abolish all tolls nationwide. He said the toll abolishment proposal comprised a mere one paragraph in Pakatan Harapan's "alternative budget", which was more than 100 pages. See-To added that the Government is not in the position to simply cancel concession agreements, as it would have an adverse impact on other signed agreements. Our financial markets will mark down all the companies that deal with our government as well as the bonds that are really such paper agreements signed by the Government.
