BNP candidates are leading in all seven constituencies of Bogra district, while party Chairperson Tarique Rahman has won in Bogra-6 (Sadar), according to unofficial results received from the returning officer’s office on Thursday. Results from 27 centers show Tarique Rahman, contesting with the Sheaf of Paddy symbol, securing 38,428 votes. In Bogra-2 (Shibganj), out of 114 centers, results from five centers show BNP candidate Mir Shahe Alam (Sheaf of Paddy) leading with 5,290 votes. In Bogra-3 (Dupchanchia and Adamdighi upazilas), which has 118 centers, results from eight centers show BNP’s Abdul Mohit Talukdar (Sheaf of Paddy) leading with 8,352 votes. In Bogra-5 (Sherpur and Dhunat), which has 188 centers, results from five centers show BNP’s Golam Mohammad Siraj (Sheaf of Paddy) leading with 6,461 votes.
