Photo : CollectedDHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Abdus Salam Azad has unofficially won from Munshiganj-2 constituency in the 13th national parliamentary election. He secured 1,21,154 votes while his nearest rival National Citizen Party (NCP) candidate Majedul Islam received 58,573 votes. In referendum, 1,32,557 people have cast 'Yes' votes and 51,842 others cast 'No' votes. The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital's Agargaon today.
