Photo : collectedDHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) candidate Mohammad Ali Asgar has been unofficially elected from the Khulna-5 constituency in the 13th National Parliament election. His nearest rival, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Mia Golam Parwar, received 146,246 votes with the scales symbol. In the same constituency, a total of 161,938 ‘yes’ votes and 127,381 ‘no’ votes were also cast. The Election Commission is continuing to compile and release results from constituencies across the country.
