Mahadik works in a private firm and had gone to BKC for work. While crossing the road the 19-year-old accused Ibrahim Ismail Shaikh, a resident of Azad nagar in Ghatkopar, speeding on a scooty knocked him down. Due to the impact Mahadik fell and his head hit on the divider causing greivous internal head injuries. The BKC police rushed him to Bhabha hospital and shifted to KEM hospital where he died two days later. He told us that an uknown biker knocked Mahadik down and fled.
