Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) Additional Director General Md Zahid Hasan has said the cattle smuggling from India are harming the economy of Bangladesh. A lot of other related issues can also be resolved by that, Zahid said while talking to the journalists after a conference in Shillong on Saturday. He is attending a four-day Border Coordination Conference held between Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) and Border Security Force (BSF) in India, reports the Indian Express. Talking about cross border crimes, Hasan said: “There are few in our areas of concern which we have discussed. “We have expressed zero tolerance for smuggling of fire arms and explosives, human trafficking and drugs.
