"For any event, organisers have to follow the stipulated rules set by the state and local councils. However, Azmin did not respond when asked if Selangor would allow the Better Beer Festival 2017 should the organiser apply for a permit to hold the event. Asked if the organiser had applied to hold the beer festival in Selangor, Azmin said he was not sure because his office did not handle such applications. The Better Beer Festival 2017 was initially set to be held on Oct 6 and 7 at the Publika Shopping Gallery, Kuala Lumpur.
