AMPANG: Water supply to various parts of the Klang Valley is expected to be fully restored by Saturday (March 10) night, said Datuk Seri Azmin Ali. "As of this morning, almost 70% of consumers have had their water supply restored following the successful completion of repair work at the SSP3 water treatment plant. "I am glad the work was completed not only within the stipulated time but they managed to shorten the period for expected recovery," he said during an event in AU2 Keramat. The Selangor Mentri Besar added that the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) would continue to monitor the situation. "I have also asked Air Selangor, which comes under the purview of the state government, to ensure that all maintenance work is according to schedule and procedure," he said.
