The 24-year-old Burakovsky tallied 25 points (12 goals, 13 assists) in 76 games last season. He has 145 points (62 goals, 83 assists) in 328 games over five seasons with Washington. Kosmachuk, 25, played in eight NHL games for the Winnipeg Jets in 2015-16 and had three assists. Last season, he had 23 points (12 goals, 11 assists) in 54 games for the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League.
