So what will be the ultimate fate of the Airbus A380? After some painful production delays, the Airbus A380 entered service in 2007, flying first with Singapore Airline. The A380 has since carried more than 190 million passengers on 500,000 revenue flights. It has since equipped more than a dozen airlines, including Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Qantas, Air France, Lufthansa, Korean Air, China Southern Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Thai Airways International, British Airways, Asiana Airlines, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways. Just as interesting, of the countries that actually build the A380, (France, Germany, and Britain) Lufthansa has 14, British Air has 12 and Air France has 10.
