Australian journos investigating Raudha murder allegedly forced out of Bangladesh

A group of Australian journalists has alleged that the authorities of Bangladesh forced them out of the country when they were trying to investigate the unnatural death of Maldivian model Raudha Athif. The team of the journalists came to Bangladesh to investigate the unnatural death of a 21-year-old second-year medical student Raudha who was studying at the Islami Bank Medical College in Rajshahi. Even though police and the autopsy report say it was a suicide, there are claims that it was planned murder. Police took away their passports and asked them not to leave their hotel due to security concerns. But as it turned out, the relevant authorities didn’t like the sound of any negative story attached to Bangladesh, so we were done,” he added.
