Aussies arrested for Sepang strip stunt appear in court


SEPANG: The nine Australians arrested for stripping down to only their Jalur Gemilang-printed underwear during the Malaysian Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) on Sunday were hauled to the magistrate's court here this morning. The men, aged between 25 and 29, have spent four nights in custody at the Sepang police headquarters and arrived at the court compound in a police van at 9.11am. They were clad in suits and shirts. Tan Sri Dr Muhammad Shafee Abdullah is leading the defence case.
