Australian billionaire Tim Roberts has sold his Queenstown property for $13.9 million – to himself. JEMMA TITHERIDGE Tim Roberts has sold his property in the Wakatipu Basin, near Queenstown. In April 2017, Roberts applied for resource consent for a helicopter pad and hangar at the property. They included the 39ha Walter Peak Station, which he purchased for $14.85m in late 2017.
